The Lycée Arthur Varoquaux (Tomblaine, 54) calls out to all schools in Lorraine call for short films, until 11 December 2015 for the Festival Écofiction COP 21, the Future of the World. Image what Lorraine would be like in 2050-2100. The festival, which received the Label COP 21 will be held on April 28, 2016.
The festival is open to all educational institutions (schools/colleges) of the Academy of Nancy-Metz.
It is a space for reflection and exchange on issues relating to climate change. The project offers students--accompanied by their teachers-- to imagine the world after the COP 21 on both a global and local scale. This is an project done out of anticipation and foresignt and involves a co-disciplinary and transdisciplinary teaching approach.
All genres of short films (fiction, animated films, documentaries, videos, reports, etc.) are accepted. They must be completed and submitted before April 15, 2016. The short films made by the students must be of a duration of 2, 4 or 6 minutes and will be evaluated by a professional jury.
Classes or groups wishing to participate in the festival must pre-register before the end of COP 21 - Friday, December 11, 2015 - by filling in the form available in the presentation file available on the festival website: http: //fr.padlet .com / VaroCOP21 / festivalcop21
