Join special panels of artists, academics and scientists for a series of public debates on climate change throughout November. The debates accompany the premiere of 'Deep Above' at Watershed, a new film by award-winning artist Adam Chodzko.
Debate: What is the role of art and artists in considering climate change?
We know climate change is happening; we experience extreme weather conditions and observe the data, imagery and analysis as evidence, and ‘everyone’ seems to be talking about it. Yet, we seem to have paralysed ourselves from taking immediate action to avoid its consequences.
Panellists: Adam Chodzko, artist, Adam Corner, COIN, Livvy Drake, Shambala Festival, Isobel Tarr, Curator, HighWaterline, David Cross, artist, Cornford and Cross.
Chair: Alice Sharp, Curator and Director, Invisible Dust.
