Five minutes before twelve the choreography starts – it is now that we have to prevent the worst impact of global warming.
Should we really continue our everyday business and blind out the consequences? Peter J.M. Schneider’s and Johanna Hehemeyer-Cürten’s live action “Crisis? What Crisis?” evokes the threat and motivates activity. In the choreography a tissue, stretched out by the participating people, symbolizes the raise of the sea level. Scales for level measurement indicate the towns and regions, which will be inundated. Aachen, located 173m above the sea, is a secure place – here the refugees from lower regions will be hosted …
