During this evening, moderated by Daniel Cohn-Bendit, a series of artists, intellectuals, dancers, musicians, comedians and multidisciplinary artists will gather to show how intellectual and cultural expression can enable citizens to reconnect with the issue of climate change on a far more personal level.
Today, scientists are raising alarm bell, NGOs are mobilising, cities experimenting – the renewable energy revolution is spreading around, sustainable jobs are getting impatient... The urgency is there, so are the solutions. We now need to build a new narrative and desire for our exhausted societies, it's time for some culture!
Few days before the opening of the COP21, our Greens/EFA Clim'Art evening will gather intellectuals, dancers, musicians, comedians, writers, actors and artists to express the climate change under a new form. Around Daniel Cohn-Bendit, we are honored to welcome Carolyn Carlson, Philippe Torreton, Valeria Bruni- Tedeschi, Mazarine Pingeot, Louis Garrel, Bruno Latour... and the well-know musicians Toumani et Sidiki Diabaté.
