“Prickly Wall” and Curved Straights” were made in 1985 using white marble offcuts from a local stonemason’s yard.
The sculptures were shown in various venues and eventually were installed in Lorna Green’s garden where they remain.
Now, in 2015, they are no longer the sparkling white they once were, but are various shades of black and grey due to acid rain, local airport pollution and global warming affecting them over 30 years. We must do something.
This action is part of the project: "2° - Global Warming and its Environmental Impact"
