Engaged in thinking about climate change, the French Institute in Morocco will organize various events to echo COP 21 through mobilizing many actors that play a vital role in raising awareness of climate issues.
The French Institute of Casablanca devote an entire month to this event by offering exhibitions, screenings, discussion meetings and workshops for all audiences.
- The climate is changing, are we?
An interactive exhibition designed and produced by Espace Mendes France valuation. Original and lively, it emphasise the impact of the changes on human activities, our cities, our territories. Several manipulations allow the public to become familiar with the concepts related to global warming.
- 60 solutions to climate change
A photographic exhibition of the French Development Agency (AFD), which explores a range of possible solutions to act together against global warming.
- Educate to adapt to climate change
An exhibition designed to educate young people about climate issues.
In partnership with the AESVT (the Science Teachers Association of life and the Earth) and the Swiss Embassy.

- Oceans and climate - Monday, November 23 at 19:00
With the ongoing climate change, oceans (70% of the surface of our planet) are changing: global warming,
melting ice, acidification, rising sea levels... What will be the impacts on human societies?

The COP21 is a crucial deadline for the planet as it should lead to a new international climate agreement. This conference will be an opportunity to take stock of the negotiations on the future international agreement which will come into force in 2020 and to understand the challenges of COP22 organized by Morocco in 2016.
Directly related to the exhibitions or pleasure to introduce children, actors of tomorrow, the climate of ideas, global warming and the environment, scientific workshops and recycling, largely inspired permaculture, will be a huge playground and awakening to ecology.

In partnership with the network of schools and universities in Casablanca, young people will be at the heart of the debate and will make their proposals or recommendations around 6 minutes to convince a year of argument that want a replica of the committees of the UN. The jury, composed of policy makers, academics and members of civil society, will select the best projects and contributing to the arguments youth reflection on the future and the challenges of climate.

Realistic docudrama 88 minutes from Marion Milne, dealing with environmental, geopolitical and economic impacts of global warming.

Documentary film of 87 minutes Nathanael Coste and Marc of Ménardière. This film is the story of two childhood friends who have decided to leave everything to go question the ways of the world.
